Burnt is a family-run café and restaurant built around seasonal, produce-led cooking and a menu that evolves throughout the day. Founded in Shepherd’s Bush, Burnt began as a neighbourhood spot on Askew Road, focused on creative brunch dishes, good coffee, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
The original site remains a smaller, more intimate space, now serving brunch during the week and opening for dinner on Fridays.
In Bethnal Green, Burnt Arches takes a more expansive form - an all-day restaurant with an
in-house bakery producing pastries and cakes fresh each day, alongside both a full
brunch offering and a more developed, seasonal evening menu.
In the kitchen, chef Finlay Logan brings over 30 years of experience, shaping a style
of cooking that is confident, instinctive, and led by ingredients at their best.
Alongside its restaurants, Burnt also runs a site within RADA - a more casual café
serving lunch for students and creatives, while remaining open to the public.
Burnt also offers bespoke catering for events ranging from weddings and intimate
dinners to photoshoots and product launches.
